Workplace Feedback Retention Policy and Privacy Policy

As part of the Experience Assessment process, CIPD captures relevant Workplace Feedback provided by nominated colleagues.

Colleague Feedback remains confidential and can only be viewed by the colleague submitting the feedback and by the CIPD. All data provided by nominated colleagues will be retained for a period of 2 years from the date the candidate completes the Experience Assessment process in order for CIPD to validate results, perform quality assurance programmes of work and to support the candidate’s future development needs. All data will then be deleted.

Colleagues asked to provide Workplace Feedback have the option to decline the invitation from a colleague. By accepting the invitation and providing the data, they understand and agree that their data will be held in this way for 2 years.

Candidates accept and understand that by nominating colleagues to provide such feedback, feedback provided by their colleagues will be held in this way for 2 years.
